Vegetarian Chili
0 Comments Published August 23rd, 2005 in Vegetarianism, Recipes, Nutrition & Health.I made some bonafide chili with a wonderful substance called TVP. TVP has a texture very similar to ground beef. Can’t wait to try it tomorrow when the taste sinks in.
What I used:
cumin
chipotle chili pepper powder
chili powder
allspice
oregano
1 green pepper
3 vine ripe tomatoes
4 spoonfuls of tomato paste
big can of kidney beans with juice
TVP
sugar
chili pepper seeds
